Where is my order?
Open Orders in the app or website to see live status. You can also message our WhatsApp number with "Hi" and tap Order status.
How does wallet cashback work?
Cashback lands in your shop wallet after an order. You can see every credit and debit in Wallet → History, and spend the balance on your next order at that shop.
How do returns & refunds work?
Each product shows its return window. Request a return from the order page — refunds go back to your payment method or wallet. See Returns & refunds.

Register free, add products (typing, voice, or CSV import), and your shop page + central marketplace listing go live instantly.
How do customers get bills on WhatsApp?
Bill a sale as usual — the customer automatically gets the bill on WhatsApp, and can message "Hi" anytime for their orders, bills and wallet.
